So, who am I?

I’m Cath B, the founder of Soul Biz Media. I'm a heart-led, intuitive, multi-passionate entrepreneur from Sweden, here to help you navigate the magic and sometimes overwhelming feeling of running a business with ease and alignment.

In 2010, I took a leap of faith and followed my intuition to the UK. As a former NHS employee and pub owner, I didn't feel quite at home, and I felt called toward something deeper and more soul-nourishing.

So, I listened to that inner whisper and created an online business that allows me to support visionary and intuitive entrepreneurs like you.

Embracing the digital world

With over 18 years of experience working online, my digital journey began in 2006 when I created websites to showcase my spiritual work and photography. My introduction to social media started with MySpace, where I discovered the transformative power of connecting and sharing businesses, art, and ideas with a global audience.

Alongside my professional roles at Flying Tiger, Premier Inn, and the NHS, I’ve dedicated myself to researching, learning, and supporting small businesses and spiritual entrepreneurs.

My passion for entrepreneurship and commitment to helping others thrive remain at the heart of everything I do.

I’ve faced my share of trials and tribulations - living and coping with severe endometriosis, lifesaving twisted bowel surgery and stoma, the sudden loss of my mother, and the challenge of relocating from Sweden to Denmark and then the UK. But looking back, I see how every experience connects, shaping the person I am today.

Life isn’t just about the obstacles we encounter; it’s about how we rise, learn, and grow from them. Every challenge, no matter how painful, is a step forward. As women entrepreneurs, we transform our struggles into strength and our setbacks into stepping stones.
